Anyone that has ever been involved in car sales has heard of "Bird Dogs". For those that haven't, Bird Dogs are people that refer customers to car dealers and salespeople and earn a commission if the referred customer buys a car. The commission varies between dealers and the cars and trucks that are actually purchased. Some car dealerships might pay a flat fee regardless of the vehicle sold.
