Create Commission Only Referral Agents

How would you like to turn everyone with a cell phone into your COMMISSION ONLY REFERRAL AGENT?  Well, we have created a system that allows local businesses to track customers that were generated a by a referral from someone.  This system is much better than the old “pass out my business card”.  People aren’t going to keep a stack of your business cards to hand out and many of them may not even trust that you will give them a commission since there is really no way to track it.

The Refer A Sale System is designed to use the Apple Passes™ system to track referrals for your business from Referral Agents.  This system is based on the same technology that airlines use for ticketing their passengers, or you may have also seen it if you have purchased a Digital Ticket to a concert, sporting event, movie ticket or other events that use this digital technology.  We have coded the system to allow it to track referrals.

Businesses now have the ability to only pay for “advertising” that ACTUALLY WORKS!  You only have to pay a commission if a sale is made (or other action you want).  No more dropping money on coupon flyers every month even when you don’t get any customers or sales!

How It Works:

STEP 1:  After we have created your Main Pass and Reward Passes you will need to determine how you want to offer them to your Referral Agents.  We will give you a QR Code that you can post for Agents to scan to load the Pass onto their phone.  We will also give you a website address that you give out that will allow people to load the Pass onto their phone.  You determine where you want to post the information and the requirements for people to become your Referral Agents.  You may require them to visit your place of business to load the card.  You may only want to offer it to current customers or just your friends and family.  You are in complete control.

STEP 2:  After a person comes to you with a Referral Pass and does whatever is required (make a purchase, take a test drive, walk in the door, watch a sales presentation) all you have to do is scan the Pass with a free app that is available in Google Play or Apple iTunes.  After you scan the Pass you will be taken to a website where you will be required to enter your SECRET PIN to authorize the scanning of the Pass.  After the Pass has been scanned the customer’s Pass with thank them for the “purchase” and the Referral Agent that referred them will receive a notice that a customer they referred has had their Pass scanned.  The Referrer will receive the points assigned for the scan.  Depending on your Program it will be enough points for a Reward or they can save up Points for a larger Reward.

STEP 3:  When a Referral Agent comes to you with a Reward Pass all you will need to do is scan the Reward Pass as before (which will reset it to a Main Pass) and pay the Reward that you are offering with your Program.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Does Refer A Sale charge a commission from the sales generated through the Program?
A:  No.  We don’t charge the Businesses or the Agents any commissions.  We only charge the Business a small monthly flat fee regardless of the amount of sales.

Q:  What is the BEST way for a Business to use the program to insure both the Business and the Agent are successful?
A:  The BEST way would be for you to create a Coupon for your Referral Pass.  This offers a better deal to the end customer and gives more incentive for the end customer to use and have the Pass/Coupon scanned at the business.  This insures the Referring Agent will get the commissions and try even harder to PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS!

Q:  Does one Pass cover every Business that is participating?
A:  No, each Business will offer it’s own Pass and Rewards.

Q:  How do I get the Pass to the Referral Agents?
A:  Each Business controls how they offer their Pass.  See Step 1 above.

Q:  Will an Agent earn a Reward for everything the customer ever buys from the Business?
A.  No.  This software only tracks the first scan.  However, you may offer a different way to track future purchases and offer Rewards.

Q:  Will this track online sales from my Business website?
A:  No, the Pass must be scanned by the Business.

Q:  Is it possible for the Agents to “cheat” and give themselves Rewards?
A:  After the Business scans the Pass they are required to enter their SECRET PIN to authorize the scanning of the Pass.  Keep your PIN a Secret!  If you believe a Reward was received in error or under fraudulent conditions you may choose not honor the Reward.  We also have tracking systems inside the software that we can check for you if you have any questions about a Reward.

Q:  Do the customers have to purchase something for the Referrer to receive the Reward?
A:  It depends on the Program the Business is offering.  The Business can scan the Pass whenever they want, no purchase is actually required by our system.  The Business may offer a Reward if an Agent refers someone that takes a test drive in a car, watches a product demonstration, tours a model home or just walks through the door!

Q:  Is my information safe?
A:  We don’t store any financial information or sensitive personal information.  The Business will get and keep any financial information they require from Agents for Reward Payments.

Q:  What if I or my potential Agents don’t have a phone that will scan Passes?
A:  Then we are sorry, this program won’t work if the Pass cannot be scanned.  If you don’t have a phone that can scan it then you have the option of buying an iPad or Android Tablet to use to scan the passes.  The Business may offer a different way of tracking but it would be up to the Business.

Q:  Who controls paying the Referral Agents the Rewards?
A:  The Business is required to handle all payments.  The Business is also required to get any personal or financial information they need from the Agents.

Q:  Does a Business have to offer a Cash Reward?
A:  No.  The Reward is completely up to you.  Restaurants may want to offer a free appetizer or meal.  Other Businesses may want to offer a discount on a future purchase made by the Referral Agent.  You may also offer shirts, hats or other gifts.  It is completely up to the Business.

Q:  Can I offer different Rewards depending on how much the Customer purchases or does?
A:  Not exactly.  The system only tracks if a Pass has been scanned and rewards an exact amount of points no matter what.  You may purchase additional Passes that offer different Rewards.  For example:  Pass 1 is for purchases up to $100, Pass 2 is for purchases up to $500 and so on.  You would then scan the Pass corresponding to the Customer’s purchase or actions.

Q:  Can I get a discount if I order multiple Passes and Rewards?
A:  Yes.  If you are offering multiple Passes where we could “copy and paste” some of the information while creating the code for the different Passes.  An example would be a car lot that wants a separate Pass for each Sales Person.
